See an ID doctor: You have a potentially very serious medical situation and should not let this progress further without a full detailed evaluation by an infectious diseases expert. I can think of numerous explanations which might exist here, none of them good. This may not be infectious. Compile a full list of all symptoms and bring your medical records with you when you go.
