Fluctuting fever: Your baby's temperature is fluctuating between normal values. Antibiotics are not indicated at this time.

See Dentist: Although a low-grade fever often accompanies teething, there's no evidence that teething causes fever. Antibiotics should be given ONLY for bacterial infection, and usually for at least 5 days so that bacteria don't build immunity to the medication. PLEASE see a Dentist, preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a children's dentist, as soon as possible.
