It depends,,: This could mean possible autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, or it can be just an isolated finding/reading. Having said this, it is still important to note and monitor this finding as it can mean the start of some issue.

Nothing, by itself: ANA is a non-specific test; it may raise the likelihood of having an autoimmune disease but of itself is not diagnostic of anything. Your doctor or a rheumatologist can perform basic evaluation and laboratory tests to help them determine whether or not the ANA is significant. Up to 25% of normal healthy people can have a weakly positive ana. ANA alone does not mean you have lupus.
