Folliculitis: It's not called pimple (which is acne in layman's terms). There are 3 possibilities: folliculitis, an infection of hair follicles (open up the “whitehead”, apply polysporin/neosporin on top and cover it up with band-aid), infected cyst, or abscess. For the latter 2, you need doctor’s visit, or you try the regimen for folliculitis, then see your doctor, if not working.
