Please see Doctor: Hi,
Your symptoms could be related to a peri-rectal abscess or severe infection of the skin (fourniers gangrene). I recommend urgent evaluation by a physician as soon as possible, even if you are feeling embarrassed. You will be glad you had your condition evaluated in person.

Anal mass: The most common anal mass in someone your age is a hemorrhoid. This is very common and nothing to be embarrassed about. The green discharge is a little abnormal and may indicate infection. You should have this evaluated by a doctor. You do not need to be embarrassed. Everyone has problems from time to time and doctors are here to help you.
