Slipped on tile 2wks ago and hit head on toiletpaper holder.headache on and off but thats it. safe to say no internal bleeding so i can stop worrying?

Not safe to say- yet: If you have not yet had a ct scan of the head, there could be internal bleeding causing the headache. Since i was not there to see how much force occurred in the injury i can't predict the likely hood of internal injury. With continued ha, though, i'd advise the ct scan to be sure you are not missing something serious.
