Insomnia: Develop sleep routine; avoid stimulants & eating heavy meals just before bedtime; if don't fall asleep in 10-15 min, get out of bed, read or do activity to make drowsy. Avoid bright lights & noisy environment. Consider being tested for sleep apnea.
