Woke up during a nap had low tinnitus and there was music on which seemed to hurt my head/ears (not loud) after sleeping back and wake now all normal?

Yeah, got that.: myself. right now. . When the music hits the same notes as the tinnitus the nerves jangle. Can get this with any stimulation of hearing nerves: previous damage from too much volume, aging (me not you), ear infection especially viral infection, etc. Avoiding stimuation/music/loud noise for a few days will work in overstimulation. W. infection/pain needs to be looked at.
