during night i can't fall asleep. or when i do i wake up every hour :/ what can i do to help my sleep patterns ?

Sleep hygiene: Work on sleep hygiene such as bed restriction and stimulus control. If it's a breathing disorder, a sleep study should be considered. If it's a parasomnia, medication can help. Seeing a sleep specialist can help you determine the best course.
