Lexapro (escitalopram): Unless otherwise instructed by your prescribing doctor, tapering by 2.5 mg. Per day every 4-7 days would be what i would advise my patients to do, under similar circumstances, however, this should in no way replace what your doctor advises u to do. Wish u well.
