Medication SEs: Yes. Unfortunately this can be a common early experience. It should get better quickly.

Yes it is.: The headache may or may not be from the lexapro (escitalopram). Even if the medication triggered your headache, it may stop doing so once your body gets used to the lexapro (escitalopram). Give it a few days and if the headaches continue, talk to your doctor about other options.
