See doc: A boil (carbuncle, abscess, furuncle) sometimes pops on its own successfully but sometimes not, as in your case. Don't keep squeezing it! Use hot compresses (hot towels, heating pad) for 30 minutes every couple of hours and see a doc today to see if it needs to be drained in the office and whether or not antibiotics might help for a time (depends on cause). Take some tylenol (acetaminophen) now & take it easy.
