Keep treating: I see that you have already has laser treatment for scars. Chances are that you disease has been severe enough to require isotretinoin, and may still be. Remember that it recurs in a few months after treatment periods, and do not become discouraged. Eventually, it may be manageable with just a systemic antibiotic and perhaps topical benzoyl peroxide. Stay the course & good luck.
