I wonder where you live because that would determine what is available. There are so many acne products that you could use to wash, tone and apply gel to the skin about twice daily to allow spontaneously resolution. Avoid popping to reduce chances of scarring also do not rub your face. There are products with benzoic, azelaic or salicylic acid that you could use or ask store manager of pharmacist.
