Wash or cream: I would suggest trying a wash and/or cream with benzoyl peroxide as it is easy (at least here) to obtain and tends to work fairly well. If not, salicylic acid works as well but not quite as well for more significant acne. If these don't work, I would suggest a visit with your doctor for prescription options such as a topical retinoid . Good luck!
