Next step: I am going to assume that benzoyl peroxide and retinoic acid derivatives failed; if you have not tried topical Clindamycin that is your next step, but it's very likely you'll eventually take an antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day; if this fails, you are a candidate for accutane. This will work. Good luck.
