Serious Rx: Acne is a serious, chronic disease and if it's leaving scars or hyperpigmented lesions, you're past due to have it managed medically. Topical benzoyl peroxide is your best friend, and a physician's prescription strength rx when added to this will probably clear you. Be ready for the long haul with medication until it self-cures.
