Discomfort in my tricep muscle in right hand and weakness in the thumb it is been 3 months i was better but while i was playing video games i hit somethings with my hand and the weakness come back worse, my work is on computer what is the solution?

This is "occupational/ video game" hazard based on how the right hand is placed and used during these activities. One should obviate these postures early before permanent injuries to the right hand occur. A visit with the PCP/ Orthopedic Consult or Physiatrist/ Physiotherapist to find out the best positions /postures to take while engaging in these activities will be very useful.
