Go to the ER: If you can not move your ankle and it is swollen start icing the ankle and seek medical attention.

See a doctor: This might indicate a fracture, and x-rays will help diagnose if this is the case. Failure to properly treat this properly may lead to non or delayed healing, arthritis, or permanent deformity. Good luck.

Go to a podiatrist: A podiatrist can take x-rays if indicated and treat you with a variety of modalities based on the findings of the history of the injury and physical exam. Sometimes there can be damage to areas away from the ankle that a podiatrist will know to look.

Get Checked: Trauma to the ankle can be serious from possible fracture or torn ligaments so first get an x-ray and possible mri. Their are many treatment options available but until its checked rest, ice, compression and elevation.
