My 3 year old is limping, her right knee is a little swollen but not bruised. she doesnt have any bite marks, or red spots. she isnt complaining of pain,can jump, run, and straighten her leg without discomfort. what should i do?

Have her seen: This could be a simple but unusual swelling triggered by a past viral infection at another site. It could also be a subtle early sign of a worrisome issue that will require hospital based care. I would take her in to her doc for a direct exam & testing.
