Pain in right abdome: The right upper abdomen contains several organs including the liver, right adrenal gland, kidney, part of the stomach, the duodenum, part of the colon. Any of these organs could contribute to these symptoms. See your doctor. After taking a history and examining you, they will likely order blood work and check some tests that could include a ct scan, UGI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and x-rays.
