not give vomiting: If you have keloid tendency some times will form from old scars also , not vomiting . If pain is intra abdominal , not related to keloid foration, see your doctor to find the cause.

Keloids: Don't ever cause vomiting. Something else is causing that - best to get evaluated by your family physician.
