Not based on that!: Your neutrophil count alone is not a sign of leukemia. In fact, i would consider your count to be so close to normal that i wouldn't worry about it. You have plenty of neutrophils to keep you healthy! your neutrophils might just run on the lower side of normal. If you develop fevers, severe bruising or bleeding, or feel ill, call your doc. And always ask your doctor to explain your lab tests!

Probably not: The neutrophil count is only slightly decreased. While this may sometimes be associated with leukemia, there are numerous other causes including infections (especially viral), certain medications, congenital abnormalities, etc. If there are no other signs or symptoms and a CBC does not show anemia (low rbc and hemoglobin) and thrombocytopenia (low platelets), there is little reason for concern.
