Leukemia: Aleukemic leukemia is a rare type of leukemia in which the leukocyte(white blood cell count) is normal or less than normal. Aleukemic leukemia with a low neutrophil count would most likely be lymphocytic in type. A hematologist is best qualified to answer your question,however.
