Dyshidrotic eczema: Dyshidrotic eczema is a form of eczema which causes fissures and splits in the fingers. If this is the cause, it can be treated with prescription topical steroid ointments. Use unscented soaps only. See a dermatologist to see if this is the cause and to get treatment.
