diagnosed with diverticuli during colonoscopy. pain in areas where they are located. biopsies taken.what might the biopsy tell me?

Depends.: Depends on what they biopsied. Did they biopsy a "suspicious" area? Diverticuli are common findings on colonoscopy and generally do not cause any symptoms. Generally they do not need to be biopsied.

They may have done: Biopsies of polyps or suspicious mass. U are still young to have cancer unless there's a strong family history of cancer. More likely it's benign. Best wishes !
