Samples taken for biopsy during my colonoscopy yesterdy. today i am having pain on n off in som random places in lower abs. anything serious? can i take vitamn k n multi vit for biopsy wounds to heal?

Colonoscopy: It's not unusual to have mild discomfort shortly after colonoscopy. This is not due to the biopsies, but to residual air left behind after the procedure. If you have severe pain or persistent tenderness in your abdomen, call your Gastroneurologist immediately. Vitamin K and MVI's will not help the biopsy sites heal any faster. They do not cause pain and will heal just fine on their own. Good luck.
