Autoimmune disorder: There is a polyglandular autoimmune disorder can involve adrenal, ovaries, and thyroid referred to as aps syndromes. Bradycardia can relate to hypothyroidism. One form of this disorder can be associated with celiac disease and gastritis. An endocrinologist would be best person to determine if you have autoimmune process.
