I recently was diagnosed with sibo, antibiotics did not work, only a low fodmap and low carb diet are helping. i am waiting to see a endocrinologist because i noticed my nipples being puffy. i am young male, can sibo or stomach issues cause gyno?

Gynecomastia is not usually associated with SIBO or with most gastrointestinal problems. It certainly can happen with cirrhosis or other liver problems though. If gynecomastia is present, follow up with your primary care doctor and potentially with an endocrinologist may be useful. Good luck.
