Is it possible that i could have webr a and webr b fx at the same time but if webr b is slightly displaced no symptoms just put in cast treated as webr b ?

Yes : Weber classification of fracturesis based on the level of the fracture line of the fibula. It helps predict which fractures are unstable and guides treatment of them to a degree. If a person has a minimally displaced fibula fracture weber a or b they can be casted xrays till healed. And followed with xrays till healed. If they displace resetting/recasting or surgery is in order.
