It's been six weeks since i broke my ankle and air boot cast and i have not put any weight on it during all this time. coming back to doc today. will i be able to start walking today? thanks.

X-ray first: Need to see an x-ray and clinical exam; if healed probably begin weight bearing and advance.

Ask your doctor: Your treating physician is the most appropriate for this answer. He or She will evaluate the healing, your symptoms and presenting injury to make this determination. In general most fractures heal in 4-6 weeks.
