It could be a sign: Of inflammation or infection of your parotid gland-? Parotitis which is usually from a viral infection or could be an abscess of your mouth/ oral mucosa or gums. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin and warm packs application may help. See your dr for confirmation. Take care !
