Ice pack: Ice it! if you passed out; feel an unusual weakness, are unable to speak or have anything else out of the ordinary, go to an er; if not some ice and tylenol (acetaminophen) should do the job.

Ice: Symptoms of a concussion can include: headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, blurred vision, slurred speech, weakness, feeling dazed, numbness, lack of coordination, problems with short term memory, dizziness as well as repeating things over and over. You can develop a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. For concussion sxs - get medically evaluated. O/w ice would help.
