See your doctor: Could be a simple pulled muscle, or more complex problem such as breast tumor, fluid in the lung, lung related issues, or something affecting the ribs.

Many causes: Right sided chest pain can be associated with cardiac disease. However musculoskeletal injury or inflammation involving rib or muscle can cause pain. Costochondritis is inflammation of anterior ribs. Gastroesophageal reflux is probably the most common cause of chest pain.
