I've been thinking that the lumps i've been feeling were just my rib cage or natural lumpiness of my small breasts, what could it be?

Can't tell online: Without knowing more about where these lumps are, what they feel like, if they have changed or grown, if they're tender, what they look like, the shape, AND without examining you, it is impossible to say what these might be. There are lots of things that cause lumps, and almost all of them are NOT breast cancer. Please see a doctor for an exam! Good luck!
