Anhydrosis: Diminished sweating or hypohidrosis can result from medications such as anticholinergic agents or opioids, physical agents such as radiation or burns or scars, skin problems such as systemic sclerosis, neuropathic such as ms or diabetes or alcohol use. Treatment is to target the cause.

Interesting: You describe an unusual, interesting situation. Anhidrosis (lack of sweating) which comes on at 10 is less likely to be genetic, and more likely due to autoimmune problems. Sadly, these are often quite difficult to treat. Neurologists specializing in autonomic disorders are quite uncommon, but if you can find one, it would be best for you. Good luck, and best health!
