CSF' s high lymphocyte count is abnormal so etiology needs to be defined. CSF pressure is high in idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) but the cell count should be normal. I do not rule out the causal relationship between high CSF white cell count (lymphocyte in this case) with intracranial hypertension, so it may not be IIH.
