Would an mri of the brain rule out alzheimer's or brain damage? or ms? i'm 19, male, been battling horrible symptoms for years, about to end it all

Brain MRI: Brain MRI is not a perfect test by any means, but it can help with the diagnosis of ms. Alzheimer's doesn't have any diagnostic features on MRI except for brain atrophy, which is non-specific sign and can be seen in a host of other conditions. Brain damage is a generic term that suggests many causes some of which may be established by MRI while others may not. It'd be nice to know your symptoms.
