Dietary intolerance: You may have a food sensitivity causing your symptoms. A withdrawal diet of 1 week off of all forms of a food group might uncover the cause. The first three i would try are 1) dairy products, particularly whole milk and soft cheeses (lactose intolerance), 2) gluten containing foods - wheat, rye, barley (gluten intolerance), or 3) vitamin a containing foods, green/yellow/orange fruits/vegetables.

Can always get 2nd: It's okay to get a second opinion. Important things in chronic diarrhea is evaluating a thorough history, like travel. A diet diary is important as well. Of concern would be infectious diarrhea, malabsorptive diarrhea, functional diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease and microscopic colitis. Blood work, stool studies, scopes and biopsies are a part of the work up. Weight loss is a red flag.
