Air hunger: The principal effect relates to the less dense oxygen content of the atmosphere which limits the exercise tolerance. If you move suddenly to this height, you will notice a limit in your tolerance. However adaptation occurs quickly and within two weeks you will have no problem. Athletes takes advantage of this by training at this height if they can and then performing at sea level.
