Jet lag: Avoid caffeine, drink lots of water, adapt to the local time as quickly as possible. If you arrive at 6 in the morning, and it's lunch time where you are, eat lunch. Get some exercise. There are also some homeopathic remedies, valerian root and leopards bane. Enjoy your vacation!
