Air-Trapping: Air trapping means: your lungs don't deflate completely and need a longer time to exhale. Pursed lip breathing helps to lengthen your exhale. Pace yourself during exertion: when short of breath, remember to exhale not inhale. Your lungs tend to want to inhale because of shortness of breath. Calm yourself and exhale 1 sec in/3 sec out. Also anxiety tends to worsen that. Yoga is highly recommended!

Walking: Your disease causes airflow obstruction. You need bronchdilator therapy like spirva or tudorza. You may need oxygen with activity, and pulmonary rehab where you will learn breathing techniques ie pursed lip breathing to improve air trapping.
