Cause unknown: A cause for the clinical syndrome of chronic fatigue has not been established, despite multiple investigations. Treating the manifestations of the syndrome is often helpful, and many are helped by treatment for depression.

Chronic Fatigue: Syndrome is a collectioon of signs & symptoms that can be caused by a number of different issues, such as: adrenal/thryoid imbalances, infections with viruses, lyme, mycoplasma and others, and several more. The DX of chronic fatigue syndrome is usually made after ruling out all the other possibilities.
