Myself (30 years) have mild lower back pain and i always fatigue in my calf , all my normal blood routine test is normal, what is the cause of this?

If by "fatigue": you mean WEAKNESS you might have a pinched nerve in your back between the 4th and 5th LUMBAR vertebrae! Discuss with your Primary Care Provider! Hope this helps,,,just a thought! Dr Z
