Many possibilities: This is highly likely to be viral, and if he is in daycare that is where it is commonly acquired. This should clear up in a day or two. If it continues you might want to have him seen by your pediatrician. You might also try using some cultured, unpasteurized yogurt to change his bowel flora back to normal. Good luck and hope he is better soon.
