Chronic Diarrhea: May not need hospitalization, but DOES need work up. Simple electrolyte fluids (Gatorade, jello,..) until you can be seen!

Go to ER: It certainly sounds like you need medical attention. Health Tap physicians don't arrange for hospitalization. The best way to get immediate treatment is to go to a local emergency room. They will check bloods tests, give you IV fluids, and may admit you..depending on your condition. The fact that your diarrhea has been lasting almost 2 weeks is concerning. Don't delay getting care. Go to ER today.

That depends: Your overall medical status would determine if you meet criteria for hospital admission or not. In the meantime - have you sought outpatient medical evaluation?
