No: You are a bit far out from surgery to still have that much pain. There are several possibilities that include a neuroma, could have a dupytrens nodule forming in area of scar, may have adhesions of underlying flexor tendon etc. Probably worth while having it rechecked or get another opinion with hand specialist.
