What lymph nodes swell due to wisdom tooth infection?

Under Jaw & Neck: There are a group of lymph nodes under the jaw line just under the wisdom teeth that are usually the first to swell. The tonsils and lymph nodes of the neck are generally the next to swell.

Nodal Swelling: Typically the submandibular chain and sometimes the superficial cervical chain, although more rarely, the preauricular chain and buccal.
