Possible: Usually the neck "cervical" lymph nodes drain the infection from wisdom teeth.

No: The lymphatic drainage into the axillary nodes does not emanate from the oral cavity. Your cervical/submandibular, perhaps supraclavicular nodes would be affected but not the axillary ones.
