My upper lateral incisor inside crown has puss shows x-ray and my rc is on 3rd june. worried if it spreads to bone before that.no pain, any suggestion?

OK to wait: If the pus is coming from that tooth, there already is infection in the bone. After all, that's where the tooth and its root live. But since it is draining. And since it does not hurt, it is okiay to wait until the endo appointment. I guess the doc will do the procedure and finish it, and put you on an antibiotic.

You should be fine: The abscess is currently subclinical, since you are not in pain and there is no swelling. Although you should be fine until 6/3, there is always a chance that it can act up. Your dentist needs to be on call to provide emergency assistance.

Yes: You should be on antibiotics now and until your dentist tells you that it is no longer necessary. If that's the case, you will probably be fine until then. If anything changes, let your dentist know immediately.
